9. NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ROMCART DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.
Once an order has been successfully delivered, the product cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons including:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Product no longer being required
- Incorrect size, color, variant, or option selected by the customer
- Customer simply not liking the product
- Any other reason that does not involve a verified defect, damage, or incorrect product
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:

- Significantly different from the product ordered
- Incorrectly shipped by Romcart
you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, we may require:

- Clear photographs of the product

After reviewing the claim, Romcart may, at its discretion and subject to verification, provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
No return or exchange will be accepted unless specifically authorized by Romcart.
This No Return / No Exchange Policy is subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
